O’Donuts is a growing Sydney-based Japanese nama donut brand. We are looking for a hands-on Operations Manager to oversee our Chatswood and Haymarket stores and ensure both locations operate smoothly, efficiently and consistently.

This is a multi-site role requiring regular travel between stores and other operational locations. You will work closely with the business owner, store teams, production team and office staff.

Key responsibilities

- Oversee daily operations across both stores
- Manage, train and support store supervisors and team members
- Prepare rosters and monitor labour costs, attendance and staff performance
- Maintain high standards of customer service, food quality, cleanliness and presentation
- Coordinate stock ordering, inventory, deliveries and transfers between stores
- Monitor sales and identify opportunities to improve store performance
- Support recruitment, onboarding and staff training
- Resolve customer complaints and operational issues




- Provide regular operational updates to the business owner

About you

- Previous experience as an Operations Manager, Multi-Site Manager, experienced Store Manager or Kitchen Manager
- Experience in hospitality, cafés, bakeries, dessert stores or food retail
- Solid leadership, communication and problem-solving skills
- Experience managing rosters, labour costs, stock and store performance
- Organised, practical and comfortable providing hands-on support in store
- A valid Australian driver’s licence and access to a reliable vehicle
- A current NSW Food Safety Supervisor certificate, or willingness to obtain one after commencing
- Full Australian working rights

Japanese language skills or experience working with Japanese brands and hospitality culture would be highly regarded.
