As our Operations Manager, you will play a pivotal role in leading our operations function, driving operational excellence across the business, and providing direct leadership to our Melbourne warehouse team. Reporting to the CEO, you'll have the opportunity to influence strategy, improve performance, develop high-performing teams, and help shape the future of our operations.

This is a key role where you'll work closely with leaders across the business to ensure our operations continue to support our growth while delivering exceptional service to our customers.

About the Role

As the Operations Manager, you will be responsible for:

- Leading the day-to-day operations of our Melbourne warehouse and operations team.
- Driving operational performance across warehousing, inventory, dispatch, service and logistics.
- Developing and implementing operational strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Building a robust safety culture and ensuring compliance with all WHS and regulatory requirements.
- Leading, coaching and developing a high-performing operations team.
- Ensuring inventory accuracy through disciplined warehouse processes and NetSuite controls.
- Managing fleet,



equipment, facilities and operational resources to maximise efficiency and minimise downtime.
- Driving continuous improvement initiatives across systems, processes and people.
- Working collaboratively with Sales, Projects, Service, Finance and other stakeholders to deliver outstanding customer outcomes.
- Monitoring operational KPIs, identifying improvement opportunities and reporting performance directly to the CEO.

About You You are a proactive and experienced operations leader who enjoys developing people, improving systems and creating efficient, high-performing teams.

You'll bring:

- Proven experience in an Operations Manager or similar leadership role.
- Strong warehouse, logistics and inventory management experience.
- Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to coach, mentor and hold teams accountable.
- Experience using ERP systems, with NetSuite experience highly regarded.
- Strong planning, organisational and problem-solving skills.
- A continuous improvement mindset with the ability to identify opportunities and implement change.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- A commitment to safety, quality and operational excellence.

Experience within the pallet racking, construction, industrial storage or logistics industries will be highly regarded but is not essential.
