A Day in the Life

Leading our brand-current Luxe Outlet opening this October, you will champion a high-volume, fast-paced retail environment.

- Store Launch & Operations: Spearhead the grand opening, managing daily operations, stock flow, and visual merchandising.
- Team Leadership: Recruit, coach, and inspire a dynamic team to deliver exceptional service.
- Business Drive: Maximize sales performance, manage the store P&L;, and optimize inventory.

We Are Looking For

- Retail Management: Strong experience leading high-volume retail stores.
- People Development: Proven ability to build and motivate high-performing teams.
- Operational Agility: Highly organized to manage fast-paced stock and store logistics.
- Commercial Acumen: Analytical mindset to drive sales and manage store KPIs.
