About the Role:

We are looking for a customer-focused and reliable Overnight Gaming Attendants to join one of Victoria's leading gaming venues. This role is primarily based within our Gaming Room, making it ideal for someone who enjoys building rapport with regular patrons and delivering exceptional guest service in a fast-paced gaming environment.

This is an overnight position, with standard shifts generally running from 10:00pm to 6:00am. Availability across nights, weekends and public holidays is essential.

Key Responsibilities:

- Deliver exceptional customer service to guests within the Gaming Room

- Build genuine relationships with regular patrons and create a welcoming, friendly and professional atmosphere

- Assist with gaming machine payouts and maintain accurate cash handling procedures

- Complete machine clearances and assist with refloating the CRT and ATM

- Promote Responsible Gaming practices and ensure all gaming operations comply with Victorian legislation

- Monitor the Gaming Room to ensure a clean, safe and enjoyable environment for guests





- Work collaboratively with the wider venue team to ensure smooth overnight operations

About You:

- Current Victorian RSA and RSG are essential (ARCG is highly regarded)

- Previous Gaming experience is preferred; however, applicants with strong hospitality experience, excellent availability and a willingness to learn are encouraged to apply

- Strong customer service skills with a friendly and qualified approach

- Excellent cash handling skills and exceptional attention to detail

- Ability to work independently and remain organised during overnight shifts

- Availability to work overnight, including weekends and public holidays

- TAB and Keno experience will be highly regarded
- A National Police Check will be required for the successful candidate
