About the Role We're seeking an experienced and passionate Paediatric Occupational Therapist to join our growing team on a flexible contractor basis. You'll provide mobile occupational therapy services across homes, schools, childcare centres and community settings, supporting neurodivergent children and adolescents with a range of developmental and functional needs. Caseloads are thoughtfully planned to minimise travel and are primarily located across Marsden Park, Box Hill and surrounding suburbs in North West Sydney.

Initial caseload: 20–30 billable clinical hours per week, with opportunities to increase as the practice grows.

Key Responsibilities Conduct functional assessments and deliver tailored intervention plans

Deliver evidence-based therapy to neurodivergent children and adolescents

Support families, educators and support teams with practical strategies

Collaborate with paediatricians, psychologists, speech pathologists, educators and other professionals

Prepare reports, progress notes and clinical documentation





Work autonomously while being supported by a responsive, collaborative team Essential Requirements Minimum 4–5 years' paediatric Occupational Therapy experience

Strong clinical experience supporting neurodivergent children and adolescents

Confident in sensory processing, emotional regulation, functional skills, and behaviour support within the Occupational Therapy scope of practice

Excellent communication and relationship-building skills

Ability to work independently in community settings

Current AHPRA registration, Working With Children Check (WWCC), National Police Check, Child Protection Awareness Training Certificate and ABN
