Sales Representative – Solar Industry | Sunshine Coast

Our Client is looking for a driven and energetic Sales Representative to join our growing team. If you thrive on building relationships, winning new business, and helping customers find the right solar solution, we'd love to hear from you.

This is a role for someone who enjoys getting out from behind a desk, meeting people face-to-face, and creating opportunities across the Sunshine Coast and surrounding regions.

What you'll be doing:

- Developing new business opportunities across residential, commercial and industrial markets.
- Meeting with business owners and homeowners to discuss tailored solar solutions.
- Building long-term relationships with new and existing clients.
- Preparing proposals and following opportunities through to sale.
- Representing the client with professionalism and enthusiasm in the market.
- Working closely with the internal team to ensure a seamless customer experience.

We're looking for someone who:

- Has a proven background in business development or sales.




- Loves being on the road meeting clients and generating new business.
- Is confident, self-motivated and driven by achieving results.
- Has excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Can work autonomously while contributing to a supportive team.
- Holds a current driver's licence.

Highly regarded:

- Previous experience in the solar industry.
- Experience selling roofing, construction, electrical, building products or trade-related services.
- Experience working with residential, commercial or industrial clients.
