We are currently seeking a reliable, motivated, and hardworking Warehouse/Retail Team Member to join our growing team at Ballarat Tiles.

This is a hands-on role suited to someone who enjoys a fast-paced setting and takes pride in providing excellent customer service while supporting daily warehouse operations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Picking, packing, and dispatching orders
- Receiving and organizing stock deliveries
- Maintaining warehouse cleanliness and organization
- Assisting customers in-store with sales and enquiries
- Stock control and inventory checks
- General retail and warehouse duties as required

About You:

- Strong work ethic and positive attitude
- Reliable and punctual
- Able to work independently and within a team
- Good communication and customer service skills
- Takes pride in their appearance
- Physically fit and capable of manual handling
- Previous warehouse or retail experience highly regarded
- Forklift license preferred but not essential
