West Carr & Harvey is seeking to appoint a Senior Accountant or Manager to assist with the following:

- Attending to compliance related activities, including the preparation of financial reports and tax returns
- Providing medium level technical and non-technical advice for clients
- Mentoring and developing junior accountants
- Developing relationships with internal and external stakeholders

The successful applicant will:

- Have completed an accounting related degree
- A minimum of 3 years’ professional practice experience
- Have a valuable understanding of general accounting and tax principles
- Have previous experience in the preparation of financial statements and tax returns
- Work effectively both independently and in a team environment
- Have excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Experience using Xero and FYI software will also be highly regarded.
