About the role

Basil's Fine Foods is looking for Retail Assistants to join our team in Mindarie. We have openings for full-time, part-time, and casual roles across various departments. You will be instrumental in providing excellent customer service and supporting the daily operations of our store.

Key facts

- Location: Heathridge, Joondalup Area
- Engagement: Permanent, with 3-5 shifts per week
- Team: Retail Team

What you'll do

- Provide exceptional service to customers and assist them with their needs.
- Support the operations of the bakery, cafe, deli, and checkout areas.

Requirements

- Previous experience in a retail or customer service role is preferred.
- Robust communication skills and a friendly demeanor.




- Ability to work effectively in a team and independently.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.

Nice to have

- Experience in food handling or knowledge of food safety practices.
- Familiarity with point-of-sale systems.

Skills & tools

- Proficient in customer service techniques.
- Basic knowledge of cash handling and register operations.
