What you'll do

- Spearhead the development and refinement of loyalty data assets to maximize member engagement and program effectiveness.
- Analyze customer behavior and trends to provide insights that inform strategic decisions and improve business outcomes.

Requirements

- A degree in a relevant field such as Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related discipline.




- A minimum of 5 years of experience in data analysis, preferably within a loyalty or customer engagement context.
- Proficiency in data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
- Strong analytical skills with a solid understanding of statistical methods and data modeling techniques.
- Experience with SQL and data manipulation languages.

Nice to have

- Familiarity with machine learning concepts and techniques.
- Previous experience in the travel or hospitality industry.

Skills & tools

- Advanced Excel skills for data analysis and reporting.
- Knowledge of programming languages such as Python or R for data analysis.
- Experience with CRM systems and customer analytics platforms.
