Boilermaker - Sunshine Sugar Harwood Mill (readvertised)

Sunshine Sugar’s Harwood site has an opportunity available for a Boilermaker to fill a permanent vacancy. The Harwood site is in the Clarence Valley, only 20 minutes to Yamba or 50 km to Grafton.

Please note: Our Fitter & Boilermaker pay rates have changed and are now classified according to experience level, with pay rates between $41 - $46 per hour.

We are looking for

- Trade qualifications (Certificate IIIand Certificate of Proficiency)
- Heavy Industrial/Shutdown experience
- Proven exposure to working on a wide range of equipment, pumps, valves, pipelines, motors, gearboxes, boilers and turbines
- Ability to fabricate small & large components
- Competent in interpreting drawings
- Machine maintenance and troubleshooting experience
- Organisational skills and ability to prioritise jobs




- Commitment and valuable attitude to safety and culture
- Teamwork and willingness to share knowledge and guide apprentices

We can offer you

- 5 weeks annual leave
- 25% leave loading (on 4 weeks)
- Overtime available during crushing season (June - December)
- RDO a month

The successful candidate will be required to complete a pre-employment medical including alcohol and drug screening.
