We have a contemporary warehouse will all the facilities and a full kitchen.

This is a full-time role. Starting at 8am and finishing at 4:30pm, Monday to Friday.

There is no weekend work or overtime required, so you will have the predictable work/life balance.

We supply to many industries… Industrial, mining, plumbing and manufacturing. Our products are everywhere!

We are in Carrum Downs and specialise in Industrial Hose & Fittings. We are not a big corporate warehouse with hundreds of employees… we are a small, close-knit team that genuinely enjoys working together. We support each other, have a laugh along the way, and everyone is willing to roll up their sleeves when things get busy. There's no 'that's not my job' mentality here.

You will work closely with the warehouse and operations team, and with the business owner, who is actively involved in the business and genuinely values every team member.

About the Role.

Picture this: the day starts with a brief team catch up to run through the day ahead.



You're checking stock, getting organised, and making sure every item is addressed. Before long, customer orders start rolling in, and you and the team work together to pick, pack, and dispatch them with speed and accuracy, but most importantly, in a safe manner. We solve our customers problems, and they respect us!

As the day unfolds, you'll switch between a variety of tasks. You might be updating stock movements in our system, replenishing inventory, assembling orders, or coordinating freight with our transport partners to keep deliveries moving. No two days are exactly alike, and that's part of what makes the role rewarding.

You will play a key role in keeping our warehouse running like a well-oiled machine. That means taking pride in maintaining a clean, organised, and safe workspace, and working closely with both our warehouse and office teams to keep everything running smoothly.

As you build your product knowledge through ongoing training, you will also become a trusted point of contact for customers, helping answer questions, providing product information, and ensuring they receive the outstanding service we are known for.

To hit the ground running, you will also have:

A current forklift licence (preferable, but not essential)

Reliable transport to get to and from work.

A strong work ethic and a genuine commitment to being part of a supportive, high-performing team.

While not essential, candidates with a trade background or experience within the industrial hose, fittings, hydraulics, pneumatic, or related industrial supply sectors will be highly regarded. Comprehensive training will be provided for the right person who is eager to learn and develop their product knowledge.
