The Paid Social

Specialist is a newly created full time role based in Sydney's CBD that will own and scale our paid social performance, managing Meta and TikTok campaigns end-to-end and helping to expand our presence into emerging social channels. This role is perfect for a data-driven paid social specialist who thrives in a fast-paced ecommerce environment, loves owning a channel end-to-end, and wants the autonomy and accountability that comes with an in-house function. Key Responsibilities

Manage and scale paid social campaigns across Meta and TikTok.

Design and execute a structured A/B testing roadmap to identify and act on scaling opportunities.

Manage Meta Business Manager settings, pixel/CAPI tracking, and troubleshoot any tracking or delivery issues.

Continuously test, iterate and improve creative, targeting and conversion pathways.

Own weekly and monthly reporting on paid social performance, turning data into clear, actionable insights.

Stay ahead of platform betas, algorithm changes and industry trends across Meta and TikTok, recommending new opportunities.

Partner cross-functionally with eCommerce, CRM and Merchandise to align paid social activity with broader commercial goals.

About





You

Minimum 3 years’ experience in paid social, in-house or agency side

Hands-on expertise in Meta Ads Manager, ideally within ecommerce or fast fashion

Working knowledge of TikTok Ads Manager

Strong, data-driven reporting skills with confidence in Excel/Sheets and tools such as Supermetrics

Proven ability to manage significant monthly ad spend in a fast-paced ecommerce environment

Experience with product feed or catalogue-based social ads is highly regarded

Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines at once A collaborative mindset and clear communicator, comfortable briefing and giving feedback to Creative
