- Provide broader administrative and operational support to the Legal team as required.

Required Experience We are seeking motivated professionals with experience across legal support, corporate administration, contracts, commercial operations, or professional services environments who are looking to develop their career within a commercially focused in-house environment.

You will bring:

- Experience supporting documentation, contracts, transactions, compliance processes, or business operations;
- No legal experience required – full training provided for candidates with strong documentation, administration and stakeholder management skills;
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy when reviewing and managing documentation;
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines;
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to work effectively with internal and external stakeholders;
- A proactive approach and the ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment;
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to learn new processes quickly;
- Confidence using Microsoft Office Suite and business systems; and
- The ability to handle confidential commercial information with professionalism and discretion.

Highly regarded:

- Experience within commercial law, corporate legal, franchising, property, leasing, contracts,

or professional services environments;
- Exposure to agreements, compliance documentation, transaction coordination, or contract management; and
- Experience working within an in-house legal or commercial team.

Benefits This is an exciting opportunity to join one of Australia’s most recognised franchise organisations and gain valuable experience within a specialised in-house Legal and Store Transactions function.

You will work alongside an experienced team, develop expertise across franchise and commercial matters and build highly transferable legal support skills within a global organisation.
