We’re looking for a commercially sharp, hands-on Park Manager to take the reins at Rockhampton, one of Central Queensland’s strongest operational tourism parks. The Role

You’ll run the park like it’s your own.

That means: Leading a team of approximately 35 staff

Leading multiple departments including Front Office, Housekeeping & Grounds

Taking pride in our product: 106 cabins & 70 sites

Driving revenue, occupancy, and operational performance (the park currently sits around 84% occupancy)

Coaching and empowering department leaders

This role may require heavy lifting (up to 20kg), kneeling, squatting, and working with chemicals and machinery.
