Experienced Property Manager (Part-Time)

Are you a seasoned Property Manager who can handle just about anything... then we'd love to hear from you!

This is a 20-hour per week role, with flexibility around how those hours are worked to suit the right person.

We're looking for someone with:

- Experience in residential property management.
- Confident using PropertyMe (essential).
- Great communication skills, a calm head, and the ability to juggle priorities without juggling actual people.
- Happy to work in a small boutique office.

- No outside appointments. Routine Inspection Officer does all RI, Entry & Exits.
- No Trust Accounting.
- No Weekends.

About You: The successful applicant will possess:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of QLD tenancy legislation.




- Solid organisational and time-management abilities.
- High attention to detail and the ability to produce professional reports.
- A proactive and positive attitude.
- Confidence working independently and managing a busy schedule.
- Good computer skills and the ability to learn property management software.
- A current driver's licence and reliable vehicle.
