The Opportunity

At Muscle Republic our mission is to connect the world through the heartbeat of fitness. As the Creator & Affiliate Specialist you will own MSCR's creator community, affiliate program, and organic gifting strategy - the foundation that builds authentic brand advocacy and drives scalable, performance-tracked partner revenue. The role will be based in Sydney's CBD and will be relationship-driven and operationally sharp, managing MSCR's P1 and P2 partner tiers - gifted creators, affiliate partners, and the UGC content they produce organically.

The role reports directly to the Organic Growth Manager and would suit a dynamic, brand focused marketing professional with strong communication skills and a proven track record of building and sustaining strategic relationships. Key Responsibilities

Own and manage MSCR's P1 gifting program - identifying, onboarding, and maintaining relationships with gifted creators who genuinely align with MSCR's values and brand aesthetic.

Develop and maintain a structured seeding calendar ensuring consistent, well-timed product gifting across the P1 partner base.

Actively scout creator and community comments, tags, and engagement across MSCR's social channels to identify individuals showing authentic brand affinity.

Own and scale MSCR's P2 affiliate program - managing partner recruitment, onboarding, code issuance, performance tracking, and ongoing relationship management.

Manage day-to-day affiliate relationships, ensuring all P2 partners are engaged, compliant, posting consistently, and optimized for performance.

Manage the Partnerships Admin Support providing clear day-to-day direction, task oversight, quality checking, and ongoing performance feedback.





Maintain affiliate program compliance standards including disclosure requirements and platform terms of service.

Collaborate with the Product Campaign Manager to align creator and affiliate activations with the critical path and campaign calendar.

About You

Highly organized with strong operational capability - able to manage a large, high-volume partner base without dropping the ball.

Commercially minded with a solid grasp of affiliate program economics, commission structures, and ROI measurement.

Solid analytical capability with the ability to interpret affiliate and content performance data and surface actionable insights.

Excellent communicator - warm and relationship-focused with external partners, clear and direct with internal stakeholders.

Proactive and solutions-focused - identifies problems before they escalate and acts without being asked.

Genuine enthusiasm for the creator economy, social platforms, and community-led brand growth.

Comfortable with social listening and reactive decision-making - can spot a seeding opportunity in a comment section and act on it.

Self-motivated and comfortable operating with autonomy while managing multiple workstreams simultaneously.

Strong people management instincts - able to direct and develop a junior or offshore team member effectively.

Ownership mindset - treats the programs they manage as their own and holds themselves accountable to results.
