Parts and Warehouse Advisor

As a Parts & Warehouse Advisor, you’ll play an important role in keeping our customers and workshop moving! Based in our Kalgoorlie branch, you’ll enjoy a varied role combining parts interpreting and customer service with hands-on warehouse responsibilities.

You’ll assist customers and the service team with parts interpreting, monitor and manage customer back orders, receive and check incoming stock, pick and pack orders, and help ensure the right parts are available when they’re needed. You’ll also participate in stocktakes, inventory control and Parts On Call / Call Out activities.

About you

- Previous experience in parts, warehousing or a similar environment is desirable.
- Basic understanding of parts warehousing principles.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to work effectively with internal and external customers.
- Good computer skills, including Microsoft Office, with the ability to learn and use parts and inventory systems.
- Good attention to detail with the ability to accurately receive, check and process stock and orders.
- Ability to read and follow instructions and complete basic mathematical calculations accurately.
- Able to work independently while also contributing positively to a team setting.
- Strong commitment to safe work practices and Penske’s values and purpose.
