We are looking for a Dealer Support Parts Interpreter to join the team. This is your chance to get your foot in the door with Eagers Automotive and work with great brands such as Ford and many more. The Role

Reporting to the Ford Parts Manager, the focus of this role is to liaise with dealer and internal customers, providing product advice, dealer support, interpreting parts from electronic catalogues, as well as processing motor vehicle parts orders via Ford Australia systems.

Strong attention to detail and organisational skills

Good communication and customer service skills.

Experience in a phone room, customer service or phone operator role will be highly regarded

Ability to work autonomously and as an integral team member

Excellent time management skills in a fast-paced setting

Process-driven mindset

Tech-savvy with strong PC skills

Reliable and punctual A positive, can-do attitude

Willingness to learn and grow A current driver's licence Duties Parts interpreting for dealers, internal and external customers

Answering parts phone enquiries and online portal requests, interpreting parts for internal and external customers

Attend to customers efficiently and courteously

Handle internal and external business as required

Liaise with warehouse staff

Previous interpreting experience within the motor vehicle industry will be highly regarded; however, training will be provided

Communicate clearly with customers and possess a professional phone manner

Exposure to ERA (Pentana) will be highly regarded but is not essential How to Apply
