We are looking for Cooks with:

- 1 + years of proven kitchen experience in a rapid paced,



high volume environment
- A Certificate III Commercial Cookery/ Patisserie Qualification is beneficial
- Flexible availability over a 7-day rotating roster, including nights, weekends and public holidays
- Experience in plated desserts
- Previous experience in dessert/pastry section
