Our client, ERINFAIR PTY LTD T/AS Bunbury Farmers Markets, is currently seeking experienced Pastrycooks to join their kitchen team at two locations: Glen Iris (Bunbury Farmers Markets) and Vasse (Vasse Village by Bunbury Farmers Market).

The Job Role

Duties & Responsibilities Preparation of the recipe and dough

Production of baked goods

Maintain the quality of the baked goods

Manage stock level

Creation of new products

Monitoring and upholding orderly and hygienic work practices to ensure a premium food product

Compliance and understanding of food safety policy and procedures (HACCP)

Qualifications and Experience All relevant experience will be considered and for applicants with a relevant Australian trade certificate or qualification / training, less experience will be considered A positive, friendly, and enthusiastic attitude and ability to work well in a team The ability to excel under pressure in a high-volume environment with excellent problem-solving skills

Well-developed communication and team skills

Attention to detail with a focus on consistency





Salary The Annual Salary is $75,000 - $85,000 plus Superannuation commensurate to qualifications, skills, & experience.
