The Opportunity
At Liberty, we are passionate about creating simple, effective and customer-focused experiences. We are seeking a Continuous Improvement professional to drive operational excellence by identifying opportunities, simplifying processes and delivering meaningful business improvements.
In this role, you will partner with leaders and stakeholders across the business to analyse customer and operational pain points, lead process improvement initiatives, and implement sustainable solutions that enhance customer outcomes, employee experience and business performance. This is an exciting opportunity to make a tangible impact by influencing how we work, improving efficiency, and helping us deliver exceptional service to our customers and business partners.
Key Responsibilities
- Review and map end-to-end customer and operational processes to identify inefficiencies and improvement opportunities.
- Analyse performance, productivity and customer outcome data to identify trends and inform decision-making.
- Partner with frontline teams to understand operational challenges and implement practical solutions.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives that streamline workflows, reduce rework and improve service delivery.
- Monitor the effectiveness of process improvements and recommend further enhancements.
- Develop clear process documentation, guides and procedures to support consistency and compliance.
- Support leaders with insights and recommendations to improve team efficiency and customer outcomes.
About You
- Proven ability to identify and implement process improvements.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Comfortable working with data and operational metrics.
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
- Naturally curious with a continuous improvement mindset.
- Experience within financial services, contact centre, customer operations or service-based environments will be highly regarded.
