OMSCO is seeking a reliable, hands-on Warehouse Labourer to join our production and warehouse team.

The primary responsibility of this role is the stripping, preparation and production of real estate signboards, ensuring boards are created to a high standard and ready for installation.

This is a practical, physical role suited to someone who enjoys working with their hands, is comfortable using tools and takes pride in producing quality work efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

- Strip existing vinyl, graphics and signage from returned real estate boards.
- Remove staples, fixings, tape, adhesive residue and other materials from used boards.
- Clean and prepare boards for reuse and reapplication.
- Apply vinyl and printed graphics to real estate signboards as required.
- Manufacture and assemble new real estate boards.
- Use hand tools and power tools safely and competently.
- Inspect boards for damage and determine whether they can be repaired or reused.
- Carry out minor repairs and maintenance to boards and frames.
- Prepare completed boards for installation and dispatch.
- Organise boards according to production and installation requirements.
- Load and unload materials,



signage and deliveries.
- Maintain an organised and efficient warehouse and production area.
- Assist with stock control and storage of materials.
- Follow OMSCO production procedures and quality standards.
- Follow all workplace health and safety requirements.
- Assist the wider warehouse and production team when required.

Skills & Experience

- The successful candidate will ideally:
- Be practical, hands-on and confident working with tools.
- Have experience using common hand and power tools.
- Be physically capable of lifting and handling real estate boards and materials.
- Be able to work efficiently while maintaining quality.
- Be reliable, punctual and organised.
- Be comfortable working independently and as part of a team.
- Have a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Understand the importance of maintaining a clean and safe workplace.
- Previous experience in signage, warehousing, manufacturing, construction, fabrication, printing or a similar hands-on workplace would be advantageous but is not essential.
