At White Top, we create premium events and memorable experiences across Victoria and interstate. From luxury weddings and corporate conferences to private parties and brand activations, no two days are ever the same.

We're looking for enthusiastic, reliable Operations Crew who love working in a fast-paced environment and take pride in bringing incredible events to life.

What you'll be doing

- Setting up and packing down all event furniture, marquees and styling
- Supporting management ensuring seasonal infill is planned, approved and implemented
- Inventory management
- Working with the management team to ensure the White Top Warehouse operates safely and efficiently
- Loading and unloading event equipment
- Installing event hire items
- Transporting equipment utes/trucks
- Assisting our event managers on-site
- Maintaining and organising our warehouse
- Ensuring every event is delivered to the highest standard
- Working as part of a supportive,

About you

We're looking for someone who is:

- Reliable, punctual and hardworking
- Physically fit and comfortable with manual handling
- Positive, proactive and enjoys working in a team
- Happy to travel to event locations across Victoria and Interstate
- Able to work flexible schedule, including early mornings, late nights and weekends
- Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions
- A current driver's licence (Must have)

Bonus points if you have

- An MR or HR truck licence (highly regarded but not essential)
- A forklift licence (not essential)
- Experience in events, logistics, hospitality or warehouse operations
