Youth Focus is looking for an experienced and dynamic leader, who is passionate about youth mental health. Leading our diverse teams and programs across the Mid-West region (Geraldton and Meekatharra), this position forms part of our Senior Leadership Team.

About the Role
The Regional Manager carries overarching responsibility for both the high-quality operational and clinical delivery of services within the Mid-West region. Key responsibilities include:
- Ensure sustainable, client focussed quality services are delivered to meet the needs of young people and communities
- Foster and nurture key strategic relationships with mental health services, youth services, and other local agencies
- Lead operations whilst maintaining accreditation, safety and service standards
- Foster an engaging team culture, aligned with organisational values, ensuring all team members feel supported in carrying out their duties and to develop team capability
- Oversee the team's budget and authorise budgeted expenditure in line with delegated authority
- Analyse and report on program data ensuring relevant funding and accreditation requirements are met
- With support from Human Resources, manage recruitment, development, employee relations and other key people management requirements
