About the role

Our Client is an Australian renewable energy distributor supplying solar, inverter and battery storage solutions across residential, rural off-grid and commercial applications.

This role will be responsible for growing sales across regional NSW by developing new customers and managing relationships with solar installers, retailers, electrical wholesalers and project partners.

The position is ideally based in Albury, although candidates located in Canberra, Wagga Wagga or surrounding regional areas will also be considered.

Key responsibilities

- Develop new business across regional NSW and surrounding markets.
- Build and grow relationships with installers, retailers, wholesalers and project partners.
- Recommend suitable solar, inverter and battery storage solutions.
- Manage enquiries, quotations, pricing discussions and sales opportunities.
- Deliver product presentations,



training and customer engagement activities.
- Monitor market trends, customer feedback and competitor activity.
- Maintain accurate sales forecasts, account activity and pipeline updates.
- Travel regularly across the assigned territory for customer meetings and events.

Skills and experience

Sales or business development experience within solar, battery storage, electrical wholesale or a related technical industry. Experience managing trade, installer, reseller or wholesale customers. Robust relationship-building, negotiation and commercial skills. Ability to work independently and manage a geographically dispersed territory. Existing relationships across regional NSW or the ACT will be highly regarded. Current driver's licence and willingness to undertake regular regional travel.
