We're creating a current leadership role: a Customer Concierge to lead our Customer Appreciation Team and own the customer journey from first contact through build, delivery and aftercare.

About the role

You'll be the customer's single trusted point of contact — the person who makes the entire experience feel seamless, personal and premium.

- Lead the Customer Appreciation Team (customer care and aftercare), including one direct report
- Own every customer touchpoint: phone calls, appointment setting, email updates and onsite visits
- Ensure all customer-facing areas — including our display caravans — are presented immaculately, every day
- Liaise with sales, designers and manufacturing during each build so customers are informed and confident at every stage
- Coordinate aftercare post-build so the experience stays exceptional long after handover
- Set and uphold the standard: every customer interaction,



from a quick phone call to a factory visit, performed at the highest level

About you

- Proven background in premium customer experience — luxury hospitality, high-end retail, concierge or guest relations backgrounds are highly regarded
- Natural leader who sets standards by example and brings a team along with them
- Exceptional communicator across phone, email and face-to-face
- Highly organised — you can juggle multiple customers at different stages of their journey without dropping a detail
- Impeccable eye for presentation
- Genuine care for people; you get real satisfaction from making someone's experience memorable
- Caravan or RV industry experience is a bonus, not a requirement — we'll teach you caravans; we can't teach you care
