Your role

You will coach clients, create tailored programs and deliver a consistently high standard of service. Outside of sessions, you will engage with members, generate conversations, follow up leads and establish yourself as a recognised coach within the club.

We will give you the systems and support, but your attitude, consistency and ability to build relationships will drive your results.

What you will bring

- Certificate III and IV in Fitness, or current enrolment
- First Aid and CPR, or willingness to obtain them
- Energy, professionalism and strong people skills
- A genuine commitment to client results
- A business-owner mindset and willingness to take action
