Primary Purpose

Lead Volvo Group Australia's Total Reward, Performance and People Data & Insights Centre of Excellence, translating global strategy into local execution. Drive reward, remuneration, performance and people analytics to deliver competitive employee experiences, informed business decisions and compliance with legislative and global requirements.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead the delivery of VGA's reward, performance and people analytics strategy.
- Manage remuneration programs including salary reviews, incentive and commission plans, bonuses and employee benefits.
- Partner with business leaders to design reward solutions that support business performance and growth.
- Deliver workforce insights, dashboards and reporting to inform executive decision-making.
- Ensure compliance with reward governance, job architecture, WGEA reporting and legislative requirements.
- Partner with Global People & Culture to implement global frameworks and adapt them for the Australian market.
- Coach and support leaders and People & Culture Business Partners on reward, performance and policy matters.
- Lead continuous improvement of reward processes, reporting and people data capabilities.
- Collaborate across Payroll, Finance and the broader business to deliver accurate, productive and impactful outcomes.
- Contribute as a trusted member of the People & Culture leadership team.

Educational Qualifications

Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field or equivalent work experience.

Reporting & Systems

- Demonstrated experience using enterprise systems and reporting platforms to capture, analyse and share insights (e.g. SAP, SuccessFactors, Power BI or equivalent).
- Ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable reports and dashboards for leaders and stakeholders.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel capability, including use of formulas, pivot tables, data validation and visualisation to support decision-making.
- Strong attention to data accuracy, integrity and governance across reporting processes.
