We are excited to offer the unique opportunity to join our thriving Garden Maintenance Division in the role as Assistant Manager - Garden Maintenance .

Key Responsibilities

- Work hands-on tools within our team servicing our clients
- Support the Garden Maintenance Manager in daily operations and strategic planning
- Minimum 3-5 years experience in similar role preferred
- Oversee equipment and machinery maintenance to prevent downtime
- Assist with scheduling, quoting, and client communication
- Promote and enforce OH&S; standards and safe work practices
- Identify opportunities for improvement and growth within the maintenance division
- Support staff training and development to enhance skill sets and team performance
- Assist with ordering materials and managing green waste disposal at the SML yard





What We're Looking For

- Proven experience and qualifications in garden maintenance
- Robust communication skills with both clients and staff
- Excellent time management and attention to detail
- Knowledge of OHS procedures and ability to ensure compliance
- Genuine passion for landscape presentation and client satisfaction
