Ecolab is seeking a Continuous Improvement Specialist to join our production team. You will own improvement initiatives, work on the production floor, and drive autonomous maintenance within a TPM framework to deliver sustainable operational excellence.

You will analyze downtime data, partner with operators and stakeholders, and coach teams to embed improvements across equipment and processes. This is a highly visible role with direct impact on production performance.
