We're looking for a passionate and experienced Educational Leader to guide educators, strengthen practice, and deliver meaningful learning experiences for children aged 6 weeks to 6 years.

The Opportunity
- Lead and mentor educators to strengthen practice and pedagogy
- Deliver high-quality, EYLF-aligned programs
- Drive continuous improvement and reflective practice
- Ensure compliance with NQS and regulatory standards
- Build strong relationships with families and the community
- Collaborate with leadership to foster a positive team culture
