We have an exciting opportunity for a Customer Service Technician to service their residential clients all over Brisbane.

This role will be mainly fault finding with a strong focus on customer service, ensuring the customer fully understands how to use the technology.

To be considered for this role you will have the following.

- Have a background air conditioning/refrigeration or from an Electronic Industry
- You are customer focused.
- Be willing to learn and embrace current technology
- You are able to work autonomously and be self-directed within your work

Our client has an extensive onboarding process,



you will be exposed to all parts of the business during your training period.

Including

- Spending time within their manufacturing departments
- Working in their design department, using their Design software to construct layouts for homes
- Spending time on the road with the warranty team, fault-finding and solving problems for their customers

You will start and finish from home and be supplied with a vehicle which includes all tools of the trade.
