The Bacena Group is a fast-growing private credit and property development business. Based in modern offices in Sydney's CBD, we're a small, ambitious team with exciting growth plans.
We're now looking for a hands-on Senior Accountant who wants to make an impact, take responsibility, and grow with the business.
What You’ll Do
What You’ll Bring
- Accounting qualification (CA/CPA preferred) or relevant degree with strong experience
- Solid knowledge of financial operations and reporting
- Sharp attention to detail and problem-solving mindset
- Comfortable optimising and leveraging financial systems
- A proactive attitude – you'll enjoy working both independently and as part of a team
Bonus Points For
- Experience working with Oracle Netsuite or equivalent accounting packages. Please advise in your cover letter if you have used Oracle Netsuite before.
- Background working in private credit or property development accounting
- Experience working as an auditor or supporting a company audit
- Familiarity with Company Secretary activities
- Exposure to system implementation or process improvement activities
