This role provides leadership and support to Branch Managers, drives business growth, optimizes fleet performance, and ensures exceptional customer service while maintaining compliance with company policies and safety standards.

Responsibilities:

- Lead and support Branch Managers to achieve operational, sales, and customer service targets across all locations.
- Drive business performance by monitoring sales, profitability, and growth opportunities within the region.
- Manage and develop team performance through coaching, training, recruitment, and performance reviews.
- Oversee fleet utilization and vehicle management to maximize operational efficiency and financial outcomes.
- Conduct regular audits and quality checks across locations to maintain company standards and presentation.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, workplace health and safety requirements, and relevant legislation.
- Build and maintain effective relationships with customers, suppliers, and internal stakeholders to support business objectives.
