Hoopla Pakenham is a brand-new, high-energy venue, and we’re looking for a vibrant, bubbly Barista who loves customer service and can deliver quick, consistent coffee during peak trade.

Our busiest period is 9am–2pm, and we need someone who thrives in a busy, upbeat environment.

What you’ll do

- Produce high-quality coffee quickly and consistently
- Bring energy, warmth, and personality to every customer interaction
- Maintain a clean, organised workstation




- Support the FOH team during busy weekend service
- Deliver friendly, efficient service that matches Hoopla’s atmosphere

What we’re looking for

- Strong barista experience in a high-volume café
- Fast milk texturing and shot consistency
- A vibrant, customer-focused personality
- Available on weekends
- Reliability, punctuality, and calm under pressure
