EcoCare Carbon Solutions is an Australian-owned company and one of Victoria's longest-established Accredited Providers (AP) under the Victorian Energy Upgrades (VEU) program.

For over 13 years, we have specialised in government-supported energy efficiency solutions across Victoria. With a strong operational team, an excellent industry reputation and a network of more than 120 business partners, we continue to expand as demand for energy-efficient heating and cooling solutions grows.

We are now looking for motivated Sales Consultants to join our growing team.

About the Role

As a Sales Consultant, you will:

- Introduce customers to government energy rebate programs.
- Promote energy-efficient air conditioning, hot water and battery solutions.
- Generate and manage your own customer pipeline.
- Build long-term customer relationships.
- Work closely with our operations and installation teams to deliver an outstanding customer experience.

Full training and ongoing support will be provided.

Earning Potential

Our commission structure is designed to reward performance.

Sales consultants who consistently complete two or more successful sales per day can typically earn over AUD $500 per day, with top performers earning significantly more.

About You

We are looking for someone who is:

- Friendly, confident and customer-focused
- Self-motivated with a positive attitude
- Comfortable speaking with customers face-to-face
- Previous sales experience is preferred but not essential
- Holds a current Australian driver's licence and has access to a vehicle
- Has full working rights in Australia
- Basic conversational Mandarin Chinese is an advantage, but not essential.
