Positionsmayincludebut not limited to:
- Classroom Teachers
Key Duties
- Apply knowledge of the content and teaching strategies to develop engaging learning outcomes
- Apply teaching strategies based on knowledge of students’ physical,socialand intellectual development and characteristics to improve student learning
- Use effective teaching strategies to integrate ICT into learning and teaching programs to make selected content relevant and meaningful
- Develop,selectand use informal and formal, diagnostic, formative and summative assessment strategies to assess student learning
- Participate in learning to update knowledge and practice, targeted to professional needs and school priorities
- Model and live the Caulfield Grammar School values and behaviours
Skills and Experience
- Current Victorian Institute of Teaching (VIT) registration.
- Relevant experience as a generalist classroom teacher with exceptional understanding of the principles of teaching and learning in the primary years
- Experience with the IB PYP Program (advantageous)
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to inspire children
- Commitment to evidence-based practice and professional development
- Excellent time management and organisational skills
