Role Details

We’re looking for a motivated Underground Electrician to join our Maintenance team in Broken Hill.

In this hands‑on role, you’ll carry out maintenance, repairs, and electrical work across our underground and surface operations to keep our mine running safely and efficiently.

What You’ll Be Doing





- Electrical maintenance and fault‑finding on underground equipment
- Planned and breakdown repairs to minimise downtime
- Assisting with new electrical installations and upgrade projects
- Ensuring compliance with electrical and site safety standards
- Working closely with other trades and departments to support production

What You Will Bring

We want someone who’s proactive, safety‑focused, and enjoys being part of a team that gets things done.

You’ll need

- NSW Electrical Licence (essential)
- Previous experience in underground mining, fixed plant, or heavy industrial environments
- High Voltage switching experience (desirable)
- Strong problem‑solving skills and attention to detail
- A positive attitude and commitment to working safely
