What You'll Bring to the Table

While industry experience matters, your attitude and client-first approach are what will set you apart. To be successful in this role, you will need:

- A Customer Service Obsession: A genuine eagerness to deliver exemplary, proactive service to both landlords and tenants.
- Experience: Prior experience successfully managing your own portfolio with confidence.
- Qualifications: A current Certificate IV in Real Estate or an Agent’s Representative Certificate.
- The Right Attitude: High enthusiasm, adaptability, a willingness to learn, and a positive mindset.
- Logistics: A reliable car and a valid Australian driver’s licence.
