What you'll do

- Conduct thorough analysis of current processes and systems to identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and document requirements, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Facilitate workshops and meetings to drive consensus among stakeholders and refine project scope.
- Assist in the development of user stories and acceptance criteria to guide the development process.
- Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders, ensuring transparency and accountability.

Requirements

- Minimum of 5 years of experience in business analysis,



preferably in an Agile workplace.
- Proven track record of successfully delivering projects in a fast-paced setting.
- Strong understanding of business analysis techniques and methodologies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Experience with tools such as JIRA, Confluence, or similar project management software.
- A relevant degree in Business, IT, or a related field.

Nice to have

- Familiarity with data analysis tools and techniques.
- Experience in the healthcare or technology sectors.
