Your journey starts at our Jandakot Base in Perth, where you'll complete Ground School and initial training. During this period, fully funded accommodation and the use of a company vehicle will be provided, allowing you to focus on developing the skills required to succeed in one of Australia's most unique operational flying environments.
Following training, you'll transition into line operations from one of our regional operational bases in Port Hedland or Kalgoorlie, gaining invaluable operational experience while serving some of Western Australia's most remote communities.

About the Role As a PC-12 Line Pilot, you'll work alongside experienced medical and aviation teams, supporting doctors and nurses on critical missions throughout Western Australia.
Operating initially from Port Hedland or Kalgoorlie, you will conduct:
- Emergency aeromedical retrievals
- Inter-hospital patient transfers
- Primary healthcare operations
- Remote and regional flying across vast and diverse operating environments
Every mission demands professionalism, leadership and sound aviation judgement. You'll operate within a mature safety and governance framework while working closely with medical crews, engineers and operational personnel to provide safe, reliable and compassionate aeromedical services.
This is hands-on, purposeful flying where every flight directly contributes to positive patient outcomes and improved access to healthcare for people living in regional and remote Western Australia.

About You
You're a professional, safety-focused pilot with strong judgement, excellent communication skills and the ability to thrive in dynamic operational environments.
Essential Requirements
- Australian CPL or ATPL
- Current CASA Class 1 Medical
- Current Instrument Rating
- Minimum 1,500 hours total flight time
- Minimum 60 hours night flying
- Recent IFR experience, including a current or recent IPC
- Available to commence Ground School in November 2026
- Willing to undertake an initial 1-2 year posting in either Port Hedland or Kalgoorlie
Highly Regarded Experience
- Single-pilot IFR operations
- Regional or remote area flying
- Turbine aircraft operations
- Pressurised aircraft operations
- Aeromedical operations
- Charter flying experience
