You’ll be the backbone of People operations, keeping everything running smoothly, accurately, and compliantly.What You’ll Be Doing- Manage end‑to‑end People admin (onboarding → changes → offboarding)- Prepare and issue employment contracts & variations- Maintain HRIS data and employee records with precision- Coordinate service awards & employee programs- Monitor and resolve People tickets (Freshservice)- Track visas,
licences & compliance data- Manage first aid allowances & entitlements- Respond to employee queries with speed and professionalismWhat You Bring- Previous experience in HR admin or People support- Strong knowledge of awards & employment contracts- Experience working in a quick‑paced, multi‑site environment- Exceptional attention to detail & organisation skills- A proactive, solutions‑focused mindset- Confidence dealing with stakeholders at all levelsWhy This Role Stands OutThis isn’t just admin, it’s a central role in keeping our people experience running smoothly across multiple businesses.
