The opportunity

We're seeking a People & Culture Advisor to join our small but impactful P&C; team on a full-time permanent basis. This is a generalist role that sits at the intersection of day-to-day operations and broader transformation connecting people processes to culture, values and strategic initiatives.

If you're an HR skilled looking to build breadth across the full employee lifecycle, work autonomously, and have a real say in shaping the employee experience, this is a strong next step.

About the role

As People & Culture Advisor, you'll be a trusted and approachable first point of contact for employees and leaders alike. Your remit spans a broad range of people matters, including:

- Recruitment and onboarding
- Letter, contract and HRIS administration
- Offboarding
- Compliance with Employment Legislation and Modern Awards
- Supporting broader P&C; transformation and strategic initiatives

You'll work within a collaborative team that challenges the status quo, whilst balancing head and heart to move with purpose.

About you





- 2+ years' experience in an HR role
- Comfortable moving between strategic projects and hands-on day-to-day operations
- Working knowledge of Australian Employment Legislation and Modern Awards
- Experience maintaining and administering a HRIS (HiBob experience highly regarded)
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Experience supporting remuneration review cycles is advantageous but not essential
