About the role

MSS Security is looking for a People and Culture coordinator to join our WA team. Reporting to the People & Culture Manager - Western Australia and Strategic Medical Rescue, you will be part of an enthusiastic, committed and customer focused team located across multiple states. You will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our staff and internal stakeholders.

Duties include but are not limited to:

- Onboarding and inducting new employees
- Data entry into multiple systems and accurate management of Workday supervisory organisations.
- Auditing and verifying documentation according to various requirements
- Drafting correspondence
- Managing multiple inboxes
- Working closely with and supporting the Talent Acquisition team to ensure a seamless onboarding experience.
- Low level HR tasks to support P&C; Manager and P&C; Business Partner

Skills, aptitude & experience You will have the following:





- Administrative acumen
- Experience working to deadlines and solid time management and prioritisation skills
- Professional communication manner both verbal and written
- Strong attention to detail including grammar and professional writing conventions
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Word and Excel, including formatting and presentation of material
- Capacity for small group presentations / public speaking
- Cert III or higher in Business, Human Resources or related discipline (Desirable)
- Full Australian working rights
