The Opportunity:

This isn't an HR role where you'll spend your days pushing paperwork.

You'll partner with leaders across the business, help build capability, navigate employee relations, improve processes and play a genuine role in shaping the culture of a rapidly growing company.

You'll also be joining a business embracing AI as part of the future of People & Culture. AI won't replace good HR Business Partners, but it will help remove admin so you can spend more time influencing leaders and solving real business problems, working with and managing your own agents.

What You'll Be Doing

- Partner with leaders across the employee lifecycle.
- Coach managers on performance, ER, and day-to-day people matters.
- Support organisational growth, capability and culture initiatives.
- Help improve HR processes, systems and ways of working.
- Use AI tools to work smarter and improve the employee experience.
- Build trusted relationships across a fast-moving business.

What We're Looking For





- Experience as an HR Business Partner or HR Advisor.
- Solid ER/IR knowledge and understanding of Australian employment legislation.
- Someone commercially minded who enjoys partnering with leaders rather than simply enforcing policy.
- Comfortable working in an environment where priorities evolve quickly.
- Curious about AI and excited by new ways of working.
- Positive, pragmatic and happy to roll up your sleeves.
