People, Safety & Compliance Manager - Geelong

In this role will drive workforce capability, organisational performance, HR transformation, compliance excellence and a solid safety-first culture across a multi-site operation.

Key Responsibilities

· Develop and deliver the People, Safety & Compliance strategy.

· Partner with the CEO and leadership team to support business growth and workforce capability.

· Lead workplace relations, industrial relations and employment compliance.

· Drive HR transformation, including HRIS implementation, automation and workforce analytics.





· Oversee talent acquisition, succession planning and leadership development.

· Champion employee engagement, culture, diversity and retention initiatives.

· Lead safety, wellbeing, workers compensation and risk management programs.

· Build and lead a high performing People & Compliance team.
