What You'll Do:
Join a high-performance engineering setting where speed, precision, and innovation define success. In this role, you will analyse and optimise complex system interactions with exchange infrastructure, uncover hidden inefficiencies, and design experiments that unlock new performance gains. Working across the full trading stack, you’ll transform deep technical insights into measurable competitive advantage.
Your Responsibilities Will Include:
- Performing black-box analysis to understand complex system behaviour and identify performance bottlenecks.
- Designing and executing statistical experiments to explain real-world system phenomena.
- Building rapid prototypes to test new optimisation ideas and emerging technologies.
- Analysing large-scale network datasets to discover patterns and validate hypotheses.
- Collaborating closely with traders, software engineers, hardware specialists, and infrastructure teams.
- Driving system-level improvements across operating systems, networking layers, and application performance.

About You:
- Strong understanding of computer architecture, Linux systems, and networking.

- Knowledge of system optimisation, kernel tuning, and networking stacks.
- Comfortable analysing large datasets to derive meaningful insights.
