- Role: Personal Assistant - CEO
- Location: Melbourne
- Work arrangement: Full-time, fully in-office
- Compensation: Competitive base plus + super
What you'll own:
- The leader's time and focus. calendar, inbox, and stakeholder access, triaged with judgement, guarded with instinct. You decide what reaches them and what doesn't.
- Meetings that land. Internal and external, end to end: logistics, briefing materials, notes, and making sure every action actually gets followed through.
- Travel that just works. Domestic and international itineraries built so tightly that nothing surprises them on the road.
- Trusted support, business and personal. From meeting prep and projects to the occasional personal or family logistics that come with supporting a busy principal. Handled with total discretion, always.
- Order out of momentum. Project tracking, expenses, office coordination, and spotting the broken process before anyone else notices, then fixing it.
- Projects. You will need to drive confidential projects and support the CEO in ensuring execution is followed through
Who we're looking for? You are an Executive Assistant/Personal Assistant who knows how to create calm, order, and follow-through around a busy senior leader. Must-haves:
- Solid EA/PA experience providing high-level support to senior executives.
- Strong calendar and inbox management skills, with the judgement to prioritise, triage, and protect executive time
- Experience coordinating meetings, preparing materials, taking notes or minutes, and making sure actions are followed through
- Confidence managing domestic and international travel, expenses, and other moving parts with accuracy and discretion
- A track record of handling confidential business and personal matters with care, professionalism, and attention to detail
Nice-to-haves:
- Experience supporting leaders in a quick-growing, multi-market business where priorities shift quickly
- Project coordination and tracking experience
- Experience coordinating leadership events, offsites, or board meetings
- Exposure to office or workplace coordination
What's in it for you:
- Be part of a high-performing, people-first team
- Work in a business recognised for its culture, diversity, and customer experience
- Competitive package including performance based annual bonus
