This bank, which is well established in the local community of Doncaster East, is looking for a Customer Service Officer to join their experienced team. The goal is to help customers achieve their financial goals by connecting them with the right products and services.
Your new role
This is the perfect entry level banking role for any Commerce/ Finance/ Business graduate and/or candidate holding previous customer service, retail or hospitality experience looking to gain exposure in a Bank.
Duties will include
- Delivering a high level of customer service in the branch by understanding customers' individual needs and delivering tailored solutions
- Providing information and assistance on all financial service products including wealth, insurance, home loans and small business lending
- Completing initial applications for personal loans & credit cards
- Opening/closing general accounts and assisting with other product queries
- Working closely with the team and always putting the customer first whilst working to targets
What you'll need to succeed
- A motivation to learn, a passion for banking and excellent customer service skills.
- You will be a strong decision maker and problem solver.
- Comfortable talking to people and building strong relationships.
- Reliable and hard working with excellent communication skills.
- The ability to work in a fast-paced environment and to work efficiently as part of a team.
- Being fluent in Mandarin is highly advantageous.
